  • Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder 1 tsp
  • Jaifil (Nutmeg) powder ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Sufi chicken fillets ½ kgs
  • Sufi cooking oil 3 tbs
  • Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 large finely chopped
  • Lehsan (Garlic) fresh crushed 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) flakes ½ tsp
  • Thyme dried 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
  • Dried oregano 2 tsp
  • Tamatar (Tomato) paste 2 tbs
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium chopped
  • Mushrooms chopped 100gms
  • Mustard paste ½ tbs
  • Palak (Spinach) 300gms
  • Boiled macaroni 1 cup
  • Anday (Eggs) beaten 2
  • Cream 2 tbs
  • Mozzarella cheese 200gms
  • Paprika powder ½ tsp or as needed
  • Dried basil ½ tsp or as needed

How to Make Tuscan Chicken Casserole?

In a heated pot, melt butter, add all-purpose flour and cook for a minute, then add nutmeg, black pepper, salt, and allspice powder, and stir for a minute.

Then add milk whisk well and bring to boil. Set the consistency with milk, add cheddar cheese, let it melt and set aside.

Now cut the boneless Sufi chicken fillets in small cubes and set aside.

In another pan add sufi cooking oil, butter, chopped onion and fry till translucent, add crushed garlic when the garlic gets fragrant add the chicken and stir fry for 8-10 minutes.

Add paprika powder, black pepper powder, allspice powder, red chilli flakes, thyme, salt, and oregano and fry for a few minutes.

Now add in tomato paste, chopped tomato, chopped mushrooms, and mustard paste and cook again for a few minutes.

Add in spinach and cook for 3 minutes maximum and turn off the heat as it is done. Do not over-cook or over mix.

Now mix in boiled macaroni, béchamel sauce, beaten eggs and cream and pour it in an ovenproof bowl.

Top the mixture with mozzarella cheese, paprika powder and dried basil.

Bake in preheated oven on 180 C for 15-20 minutes.

Serves: 5-6

2# Vegetable Seekh Kabab Recipe for Ramadan in Pakistan

Ingredients

  • Boiling water as required
  • Gajar (Carrots) cubes ½ cup
  • Matar (Peas) ½ cup
  • Kernel corns ¼ cup
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2
  • Pyaz (Onion) fried ¼ cup
  • Bread slices 2 large
  • Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 300 gms
  • Bund gobi (Cabbage) ½ cup
  • Hara dhania (fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) finely chopped 1 tbs
  • Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) paste 1 tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 cup or as required
  • Cooking oil for frying

How to Make Vegetable Seekh Kabab?

In boiling water add carrots, peas, and blanch for 2 minutes. Strain and rinse with cold water.

Add the blanched vegetables in a chopper along with corns, green chillies, and fried onion and finely chop, then add bread and blend again until incorporated until coarsely chopped.

In a bowl grate boiled potatoes and cabbage and then add fresh coriander, finely chopped green onion, ginger garlic paste, roasted and crushed cumin seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, salt, and the ground vegetables and mix properly.

Grease hands with oil and set the mixture on skewers and give them rest for 10 minutes to settle.

Dip the kebabs in all-purpose flour and shallow fry them on medium heat until lightly golden. Handle gently while frying the kababs.

3# Pakistani Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 150g K&N’s Smoked Breast fillet
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp or to taste salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped
  • ½ cup green onion white and green parts, chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber (cooped)
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 6-8 large flour tortillas

How to Make Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups?

  1. Prepare K&N’s smoked breast fillet as per the instructions on the pack and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, garlic, Jalapeno

  • 2- ½ cup Maid
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast

Ingredients for chicken marinating:

  • 400g Chicken (boneless & julienne cut)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce

Ingredients for Salad:

  • ½ cup Lettuce (as required) (julienne cut)
  • ½ cup Carrot (julienne cut)
  • ½ cup Cucumber (julienne cut)
  • ¼ cup Fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Water

How to Make Spicy Chicken Shawarma?

  • In a bowl, add maida, cooking oil, sugar, yeast, salt and mix it well by adding warm water and cover and rest for 1-2 hours.
  • After that knead again and dived into small balls and rest for 15 minutes
  • Now roll out the dough and cook it on a hot plate. Shawarma bread is ready now
  • Meanwhile get ready the Chicken, Salad, and Sauce.
  • Chicken direction:
  • In a bowl add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yogurt, BBQ Sauce, Salt, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Red Chili Powder, Lemon Juice and marinate for 2 hours
  • After that add 2 tbsp cooking oil in a cooking pan and cook marinated chicken until tender. And set aside

  • In a bowl add, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, fresh coriander, salt, vinegar, water and mix it well.
  • Sauce Preparation:
  • In a bowl, mayonnaise, yoghurt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic and mix it well

  • Serving Style 1:
  • Place the prepared sauce, ketchup on shawarma bread and put some prepared salad, cooked chicken, jalapeno, and fold the shawarma bread and hold it with a wooden stick.
  • Serving Style 2:
  • Place the prepared sauce, ketchup and lettuce on shawarma bread and put some prepared salad, cooked chicken, jalapeno, and wrap with butter paper.

How to make Chinese rice?

  • Dip rice for 10min.
  • Boil chicken and add 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Cut all vegetables in long sticks.
  • Fry garlic and ginger.
  • Boiled chicken in oil for 3min.
  • Add vegetables and fry for 2 min.
  • Add 3 cup water and boil it for 1 min.
  • Add rice.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add black pepper
  • Add soya sauce and vinegar mix it for taste.
  • let the water dry.
  • Cover it for 5 min on a light flame.

  • 1/2 Kg chicken.
  • 3 chopped onion.

  • Fry onion in oil light brown it and then Fri garlic in this.

This Chicken pakora recipe is a perfect fit for your iftar snacks. This recipe is a new touch to the traditional pakoras with its exceptional taste. We are sure that your family is going to love these snacks.

Ingredients

  1. Chicken breasts (2 chicken breasts or thighs) – chopped very small-
  2. Onion – 1 chopped finely
  3. Ginger Garlic paste- ½ tbsp.
  4. Chili powder- 1 Tsp
  5. Turmeric powder- ⅛ tsp
  6. Garam masala- ½ tsp
  7. Coriander powder- 1½ tsp
  8. Salt- ¾ tsp
  9. Gram flour or Chickpea flour (Besan) – ½ cup
  10. Rice flour- 2 tbsp.
  11. Cilantro, chopped- ¼ cup

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken breasts in small pieces.
  2. Take a bowl to combine the chicken pieces along with the spices and cilantro.
  3. Put the gram flour and rice flour in the chicken mix and combine well with your hand.
  4. Don’t use Water to mix the ingredients, the moisture from the chicken will help to bind the flour and the chicken.
  5. Now make small balls out of the mixture.
  6. Take a frying pan and heat enough oil for deep frying
  7. Put the balls into the oil and fry over medium flame. Don’t add too many balls at the same time.
  8. Fry till the pakoras pick the golden brown color.
  9. Take them out in a kitchen paper towel.
  10. Put them in any hot pot that will make pakoras warmer until iftaar time.

Beetroot Cutlets for Ramadan

It’s important to eat healthy food during Ramadan to keep your body healthier to fast regularly. These Beetroot cutlets will be amazing as a healthy Iftar snack.

Ingredients:

  1. Beetroots – 2 medium sized
  2. Potatoes – 2 medium sized
  3. Onion – 1 big
  4. Chilies (green or red) – 4 finely chopped
  5. Turmeric (Haldi) powder – a pinch
  6. Rock salt – ½ tsp
  7. Bread made into crumbs (Freshly baked) – ½  a cup
  8. Aamchur powder – 1 Tsp
  9. Coriander leaves (Chopped) – 2 tbsp.
  10. Oil – 4 tbsp.
  11. Red chili powder – 1 Tsp
  12. Cumin powder – 1 Tsp

Ingredients for Coating of Cutlets

  1. Bread crumbs – 5 tbsp.
  2. Water – 4 tbsp.
  3. Maida – 1 tbsp.

How to Make

  1. Boil the potatoes enough till they became mashable and mash the potatoes in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Wash and peel the beetroots off and grate them.
  3. Take the green chilies and fresh coriander leaves and chop finely.
  4. Now, take a bowl to mix mashed potato, grated beetroots, and chopped chilies and coriander leaves.
  5. Add the amchur, red chili, turmeric, and cumin powder to the mixture.
  6. Also, add the salt and mix well.
  7. Before preparing cutlets, put the breadcrumbs and knead well.
  8. It’s time to make flat patties or any other shape you like.
  9. Mix water and refined flour in a bowl and beat well so there will be no lumps left behind and the mixture is not too thick.
  10. Dip the cutlets into the paste of refined flour and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  11. Add two tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat on a medium flame.
  12. Place the cutlets in batches and cook at slow flame until it became brown from both sides.
  13. Don’t forget to prepare some spicy pudina chutney for the iftar feast.

Potato Fritters Recipe for Ramadan

There are many variations in making the delicious potato fritters. But we are sharing the simplest recipe with you. It will not take much of your precious time to make these tasty iftar time snacks.

Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes – 2 big
  2. Gram flour or chickpea flour (besan) – 1 cup
  3. Rice flour – 1 cup
  4. Red chili powder – 1 Tsp
  5. Turmeric powder – A pinch
  6. Salt – According to taste
  7. Curry leaves (finely chopped)– 1 sprig

How to Make:

Slice the Potatoes with equal thickness after washing and peel their skin off. It will be good to use a processor or handheld slider.

Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.

Add water and mix well to make a thin paste without lumps.

If the paste becomes thin, add a more rice flour to make it better.

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.

Dip the slices in the batter, so that they are fully coated.

Drop into hot oil and fry till both sides change their color into golden brown.

Serve hot potato fritters with tomato sauce.

Jam-e-shirin Cream Fruit Salad

Nothing is more nutritious than fruits. The time of breaking fast is best to use some fruits to get some calories back. It’s also a common practice to use fruits in iftar. This Jam-e-shirin Cream fruit Salad is best to eat in Iftar.

Ingredients,

  1. Apple – 2
  2. Banana – 3
  3. Pear – 1
  4. Iceberg lettuce (finely sliced) – ½ cup
  5. Light cream  – ½  cup
  6. Jam-e-shirin or rohafza – 5 tbsp.
  7. Sugar – 2 Tsp
  8. Salt – 1/8 tsp (2-3 pinch)
  9. Peel fruits skin off.
  10. Cut apple and pear in small equal-sized cubes
  11. Slice banana and cut ice burg lettuce finely.
  12. Take 5 tbsp. of jam-e-shirin or rohafza mix in a half cup of light cream.
  13. Beat well after adding 2tsp sugar and pinch of salt.
  14. Now, mix fruits and cream mixture
  15. Freeze it for 2-3 hours before serving.

  1. Soak all dry fruits in hot water for half hour, each in a separate bowl.

  4. Add a half cup of chilled milk in Blender and Blend. It will take a bit of time to blend.

  1. Add water, beef mince, split Bengal gram, onion, button red chilies, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, salt, turmeric powder, black peppercorns, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds and cumin seeds in pan or pressure cooker.
  2. Wait until it boils.
  3. Then cook for 30-35 minutes on low flame.
  4. If you are using a pressure cooker, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook until water dries and lets it cool.
  6. Add green chilies, mint and green coriander, grind in a chopper to make a coarse paste.
  7. Add mince mixture and eggs.
  8. Now grind the ingredients well in a food processor.
  9. After grinding the stuff, make kabab/patties of the mixture with hands.
  10. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the kabab/patties.
  11. The Shami kababs will be ready for iftar.
  12. Serve it with Ketchup.

Grilled Chicken with Herbs – Snaks Recipe

A perfect protein powered dish with low fats. Grilled Chicken will be the best dish for Iftaar feast.

Ingredients

  1. 150 gm MILKPAK Yogurt 150 gm
  2. Chicken Breast (cut in half and hammered slightly) – 500 gm
  3. Rosemary – 1 tbsp.
  4. Thyme – 1 tsp
  5. Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
  6. Lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
  7. Salt – 1 Tsp
  8. Black pepper (crushed) – 2 Tsp
  9. Garlic cloves (chopped) – 1- ½ tsp
  10. Oregano – 1 tsp
  11. Crushed red chili – 1 Tsp
  12. Ingredients for fried Vegetables
  13. Potatoes ( julienne cut & Steam )
  14. Pea(Steam )
  15. Carrot ( julienne cut & Steam )
  16. Potatoes ( julienne cut & Steam )
  17. Phalian (cut & Steam )
  18. Black pepper – 1 tbsp.

How to Make:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 2 hours
  3. Grill chicken on medium-high (approximately 6 minutes per side).
  4. Serve with potato salad, grilled corn, or any other favorite summer side dishes.
  5. Grill the vegetables on grill pan by adding olive oil salt, black pepper.
